Alessandro Downtown: Latest News

The City Council of Rome has decided to charge tourists visiting Rome €2 per person per night. This "tourist tax" goes into effect as of 01 January 2011.

However, as the Alessandro Downtown property is licensed as a hostel, as a guest of Alessandro Downtown you are exempt from paying this tax.
